SteelPeak Wealth, a Los Angeles-based registered investment advisor backed by Emigrant Partners, has added BNY Pershing to its custody options for its more than 30 financial advisors.
The RIA is adding to custody setups it has with Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments’ NFS and Interactive Brokers, according to its Form ADV. A spokesperson confirmed the RIA would continue with the multi-custodial setup.
BNY Pershing announced that it is working with SteelPeak Wealth for clearing, custody and technology in a LinkedIn post.
“We’re thrilled to announce a new strategic relationship between BNY Pershing and SteelPeak Wealth,” the firm wrote. “This exciting milestone connects our clearing, custody and technology capabilities with SteelPeak’s advisor-centric operations to help streamline advisor workflows and operational processes for advisors and their clients.”
SteelPeak Wealth, which a spokesperson said now manages more than $4.2 billion in client assets, responded on LinkedIn, calling the setup “an exciting new chapter.”
SteelPeak Wealth is owned and founded by partners Reza Zamani, Maz Esmailbeigi and Ali Zamani. The firm sold a minority stake to Emigrant Partners in February 2023.
The RIA’s services include investment management, insurance, estate planning and tax consulting. In October, it announced the launch of a family office division focused on high-net-worth individuals and families. It also has a sports division that specializes in wealth advice for athletes.
