When you look back at old photos of yourself from middle school or high school, you might cringe a little at some of your fashion choices. The side bangs, the dark eyeliner, the band tees, we all went through that emo phase. Well, one little dog has clearly been scrolling through our old Myspace pages because his hairstyle looks straight out of the Fall Out Boy era.
This dramatic pup’s long, side-swept bangs cover one eye perfectly, his fur tousled in that “I’m in my feelings but also in a band” kind of way. It’s giving main character energy. It’s giving 2006 Warped Tour realness. Just check him out, because LOL!
The hilariously cute clip was shared by @mezcalitotiktok, and people are having too much fun in the comments, talking about this little emo pup. One comment read, “Hey! I had that hair for about a decade!” So many people commented, “It was never a phase, Mom!”
Somebody needs to hand this dog a guitar and a studded collar immediately, because he’s ready to headline the next big emo revival tour.

Back to the comments, another person said, “It’s giving ‘I shop at Hot Topic but sleep on 800-thread-count sheets.’”
Someone else responded, “They’re like, ‘Stop taking pictures, Mom! I’m depressed and need to listen to My Chemical Romance in the dark, while journaling by candlelight!'” LOL! Someone else suggested, “Be patient with him. He’s in his teenage years, expressing his angst.”
If you can’t get enough of this precious-looking dog, here’s another clip of him. Looking just a bit less emo but equally adorable.
In most of his clips, his mom has him tagged as a Pomeranian, and as a Pomeranian mom, this little guy does not look like a Pom to me, but he may be mixed breed or just exceptionally cute, LOL. Or it could be the haircut! He also sort of looks like a Pomapoo to me! Well, whatever breed he is, he’s too cute for words, even with the floppy emo hair! We can’t wait until his new album drops!
