Integrity365 has expanded its presence in the South West with the acquisition of Brooks Wealth Management (BWM), a Bristol-based financial planning firm founded by Jeremy Brooks.
The deal, advised by Gunner & Co, marks a further step in Integrity365’s regional growth strategy and its focus on partnering with culturally aligned businesses.
Founded in 2020, Integrity365 has continued to scale and ended 2025 with £1.5bn in assets under management.
The acquisition supports its commitment to working with trusted, family-founded firms that prioritise personalised advice.
BWM, established in 2006 in Westbury-on-Trym, is well known for its relationship-led approach.
Brooks set up the firm after a decade at Mazars, with the aim of delivering more tailored and cost-effective financial planning.
The company has since built a strong reputation among both personal and corporate clients.
The team will continue to operate under the Brooks Wealth Management name for now to ensure continuity for clients.
Integrity365 CEO Matt Goy said the cultural alignment between the two businesses was a key part of the deal.
He pointed to their shared emphasis on people-first advice and consistent service, and highlighted the firm’s forward-looking approach to planning.
“We greatly admire the way Jeremy and Brooks Wealth Management work with their clients and their forward-thinking attitude that financial planning firms need to service client needs and adapt to change in this modern age,” he said.
MM Meets… Louise Jeffreys: ‘I love getting under the bonnet of a business’
Brooks said Integrity365’s independence and long-term outlook were central to his decision to sell.
He noted that the move would give his team the support needed to maintain strong client relationships while continuing to grow.
“With full trust in the support of the business and the long-term benefits that brings, I can continue to focus on advising clients and building relationships,” he said.
Louise Jeffreys, managing director at Gunner & Co, said the transaction reflected the growing importance of cultural alignment in the current consolidation market, adding that Integrity365 was a “natural home” for the firm’s next phase.
The acquisition adds to a series of recent deals completed by Integrity365, including MRIB, MacDonald Partnership, Hart Wealth and Peter Murray Financial Management, strengthening its adviser base and regional footprint.
