IFA Westminster Wealth Management has seen an increase in adviser numbers over the past three years, with headcount rising from 39 in September 2022 to 61 advisers as of September 2025.
The average adviser age is just 44, more than 10 years younger than the industry average, with the youngest adviser just 24.
Martin Lockyer, managing partner at Westminster Wealth, said: “Our growth is purely through organic recruitments not acquisition.
“We enjoy having a younger than average adviser base who benefit from decades of experience yet still have plenty of time ahead of them to continue to develop and grow.”
Over the past two years the firm said it has achieved a 24 per cent increase in turnover, bringing total turnover to £18.4mn.
The firm is also forecast to achieve £20.7mn by the end of the current sales period which it said was down to strong adviser productivity and new client growth.
The firm’s advisers generate 75 per cent of revenue from ongoing service-based relationships.
It said growth is achieved by focusing on larger client mandates and developing new business.
Lockyer said: “We are growing because advisers have considerably fewer quality independent options to consider due to increasing consolidation.
“Our growth reflects Westminster Wealth’s commitment to providing a home for advisers who want to deliver quality independent advice in a values-led environment.
“Westminster Wealth is well-positioned for the future. As an independently owned business, we are not subjected to external pressures to grow. Instead, we grow with the right people, at the right time, and for the right reasons, always prioritising values first.”
This expansion follows the recent announcement of Mark Hewson joining as director of business operations.
Hewson also works alongside the head of recruitment to identify and onboard advisers who match the values and culture of Westminster Wealth.
Lockyer added: “Our advisers are commercially ambitious, but they are equally committed to client-first advice and to working within a framework that emphasises stability and values.”
Westminster Wealth is a corporate chartered firm which was formed in 2000 and currently stands at over 60 advisers and more than 130 individuals overall including compliance and support staff.
