Wealth Strategies Partners, a boutique wealth management practice in Sarasota, has appointed Charlotte Stewart as its new director of client events.
Stewart, who has a strong background in event planning and client engagement, will lead initiatives designed to support and educate investors − particularly women − on building financial confidence and protecting their legacies.
Her hire reflects WSP’s growing commitment to an underserved demographic in the financial sector. She will work alongside CEO Paul Allen to develop engaging educational events that help women take charge of their financial futures with clarity and confidence.

Georgia Sotiriou, of Sarasota’s Weichert, Realtors-Hallmark Properties, was honored by the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., for her exceptional real estate performance in 2024.
She received the Sales Achievement-level honor, given to those who met specified production requirements in gross commission income or units closed in 2024.

DutchCrafters, the leading retailer of Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com, named Furniture Specialist Joseph Holbay as recipient of the Showroom Sales Top Producer Award at its annual awards ceremony in February.
The award recognizes the top revenue-producing showroom furniture specialist, highlighting not just sales achievements but also creativity, perseverance and meaningful client relationships.
Holbay joined the company as a furniture specialist in the Alpharetta, Georgia, showroom in July 2023.
