Hosted by Access Wellbeing Poole at The Dolphin shopping centre, the programme will run from Monday, May 11 to Sunday, May 17 as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Renée Clarke, hub manager at Access Wellbeing Poole, said: “This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is all about taking action for mental health, but we know that first step can sometimes feel difficult.
“Access Wellbeing offers a space where people can come as they are and feel supported to take small, positive steps towards better mental health.

“These events are a great way to find out more about what we do, meet others, and discover simple ways to support your own wellbeing, and we can’t wait to welcome people.”
Each day will focus on one of the ‘five ways to wellbeing’: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, and Take Notice.
Activities will include a mindfulness in nature walk, relaxation sessions, and a plant giveaway.
Support will also be available for visitors from wellbeing coordinators and partner organisations.
Events are open to all and will run from 10am to 3pm, with no booking required.
Carmen Davies, community manager at The Dolphin, said: “The Access Wellbeing team has done a fantastic job to create such a varied events programme that really shines the spotlight on wellbeing.
“Our hope this Mental Health Awareness Week is to reach even more people in Poole and beyond, to educate them on the critical free mental health support that is available at The Dolphin.”
