FusionIQ Signs Ten-Year Agreement with Enterra Solutions to Power the Next Era of Regulated Wealth Management

Enterra’s Autonomous Decision Science® Platform will serve as the AI foundation for FusionIQ as it scales toward 1.2 million accounts and $240 billion in assets under administration.

PRINCETON, N.J. & BOSTON, October 20, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Enterra Solutions, LLC and FusionIQ, Inc. today announced a ten-year agreement under which Enterra Solutions’ Autonomous Decision Science Platform will power FusionIQ’s wealth management platform, giving FusionIQ’s bank, credit union, RIA and broker-dealer clients AI tools whose decisions can be explained, audited and documented for regulators. The long-term commitment comes as FusionIQ scales from approximately 400,000 accounts today towards 1.2 million accounts and $240 billion in assets under administration by the end of 2027.

The agreement is among the most significant AI platform commitments yet announced in wealth management, and it addresses the hardest constraint facing regulated financial institutions today: they cannot deploy AI they cannot explain.

Enterra is a foundational AI company with a deep lineage in AI and applied mathematics, working with some of the world’s largest enterprises. Enterra built the Autonomous Decision Science (“ADS”) Platform – a glass-box enterprise decision intelligence system. The critical decisions it produces can be decoded, audited, and explained to operators, compliance officers, and regulators. For a platform distributing wealth management technology to banks, credit unions, registered investment advisers, and broker-dealers, that transparency is not a feature – it is a necessary precondition for deploying AI.

FusionIQ’s platform and technology currently support approximately 400,000 accounts through contracted white-label relationships with national, regional and community banks and credit unions, wealth management firms, registered investment advisers and other financial institutions. Following its acquisition of Marstone, FusionIQ has expanded its capabilities across self-directed investing, digital advice and advisor-assisted wealth management. Together with planned strategic transactions and continued platform expansion, FusionIQ expects to extend those capabilities into portfolio management, order management, tax optimization and unified managed accounts. Based on its existing business, completed Marstone acquisition and currently contemplated strategic transactions, FusionIQ projects that its platform will support approximately 1.2 million accounts and $240 billion in pro forma assets under administration by the end of 2027.
