Beacon Pointe Advisors has completed three RIA acquisitions, adding WorthPointe Financial Planners, Silver Lake Capital Partners, and R Meier Wealth Management as it continues expanding its national wealth management platform.
WorthPointe has an established presence in California and Texas and oversees approximately $1 billion in client assets. The firm provides financial planning, investment consulting, estate planning, asset protection, charitable giving, and employer-sponsored retirement plan services.
Dallas-based Silver Lake Capital Partners advises approximately $200 million in client assets for individuals, families, foundations, and retirement plans. The firm brings more than four decades of investment industry experience and expands Beacon Pointe’s presence in Texas.
R Meier Wealth Management, based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, advises approximately $150 million in client assets. Founded in 1995, the practice provides investment management and financial planning involving tax strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, and trust services.
WorthPointe’s acquisition closed October 15, 2026, while Silver Lake Capital Partners closed September 15 and R Meier Wealth Management closed July 1. Turkey Hill Management advised WorthPointe, and Dalphia Partners advised R Meier Wealth Management.
The announcement describes Beacon Pointe as overseeing approximately $70 billion in client assets under advisement following the additions. A disclosure included with the release separately lists approximately $63 billion in assets under management and approximately $78 billion in assets under advisement as of October 12, 2026. The firm has more than 850 employees across over 90 offices nationwide.
