The homeowner, who is an experienced construction tradesman, did many property enhancements over the years. The most labor intensive job, not to mention one that requires an incredible amount of patience, was removing blue paint that was put over the brick exterior by a previous owner.

After that was done, all of the brick and limestone foundation was repointed. Cedar siding accent was added to some parts of the home facing the back yard.
