Hotel Property Investments Ltd. reports a slight decrease in Net Tangible Assets to $4.01 per security, while its Portfolio Value increased to $1.28 billion, up from $1.25 billion the previous year. The company maintains full pub occupancy and announces a distribution of 19.0 cents per security, marking a growth from the prior year. Despite a decrease in the number of properties and a shorter average lease expiry, the firm has improved its Management Expense Ratio and AFFO.
