A Vauxhall Astra on Norwich Road in Halesworth was stopped by officers from Suffolk police on Monday May 18.
Checks by the police revealed that the driver was driving while disqualified and had failed to inform their insurance company that they had been.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said: “We continue to take action against those who put others at risk on our roads. Please ensure you are driving legally and that all details held by your insurance provider are accurate and up to date.”
As well as seizing the vehicle, the driver was dealt with at the roadside for the offences.
