The scheme offers grants between £5,000 and £50,000 to organisations across the district working in the arts, heritage, and community sport.
The funding can be used to improve buildings, upgrade equipment, and develop spaces that enable more people to take part in community activities.
Councillor Sarah Ferriby, executive member for healthy people and places at Bradford Council, said: “Our cultural and sporting organisations are at the heart of what makes Bradford such a vibrant place.
“This funding is about helping them to thrive.
“Whether it’s upgrading facilities, expanding what they can offer or reaching more local people, these grants will give groups the boost they need to keep delivering fantastic opportunities for communities across the district.”
The council hopes the fund will help sustain the momentum and community engagement generated during Bradford’s UK City of Culture year.
Councillor Ferriby added: “We’ve seen through our City of Culture year just how much appetite there is for creativity, participation, and coming together.
“This fund is another step in making sure that legacy continues long into the future.”
Applications close at 10am on January 19, 2026.
