Australian Unity Office Fund (AU:AOF) has released an update.
Australian Unity Office Fund has announced a final distribution payment of 9.7000 cents per unit for the quarter ending 30 June 2024, payable on 25 July 2024. The distribution includes various tax components and is applicable for non-resident withholding tax purposes, with detailed tax information to be provided to Australian resident unitholders in the upcoming AMMA statement. It is noted that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan for the fund is not in operation at this time.
