Titan Wealth has renewed its multi-year partnership with York City FC in a deal that will include financial education workshops, personalised financial coaching and long-term wealth planning for players and staff.
The wealth management firm said the move reflects its commitment to helping professional athletes maximise their financial potential during and after their sporting careers.
Mike Fogden, chief marketing officer at Titan Wealth, said: “This renewed agreement reflects our shared ambition to build on that momentum and contribute to the club’s long-term success, while helping players and staff navigate their careers with confidence through tailored financial guidance.”
The agreement will see Titan Wealth continue as York City’s shirt sponsor for the men’s first team.
It follows the launch of Titan Wealth’s dedicated sports division in March, which aims to support professional sportspeople with specialist financial planning and career transition pathways.
This includes Titan Wealth’s Financial Adviser Academy, offering 18 to 24 month programmes with fully funded qualifications and on-the-job training alongside professional sport.
Julie-Anne Uggla, co-chair of York City FC, added: “[Titan Wealth’s] support has been there since the very beginning of our journey, and it means a great deal to us to have them alongside us as we move forward.
“We’re excited to keep building this partnership and achieving more together in the seasons ahead.”
