Nottingham-based financial services firm Ryley Wealth Management has moved to new offices at Ergo House on Ruddington Fields Business Park, following several years of expansion. The company previously operated from The Arc, NG2.
David Ryley, ceo at Ryley Wealth Management, said the relocation reflects a strong 12 months for the business and supports the firm’s plans for further growth over the next five years. “We have always been committed to Nottingham and most of our clients are East Midlands based, so consequently our new location is ideal for our clients given its easily accessible location. The new office will support our ambitious expansion programme,” he added.
Sunny Landa, director at Landa Associates, who advised on the move, noted: “This deal shows that Ryley Wealth Management are committed to Nottingham. High-quality, well-located office space remains attractive to growing companies.”
Ross Whiting, director at Innes England, which acted for the landlord, said: “Ergo House continues to attract the highest calibre of business and we are pleased to welcome Ryley Wealth Management.”
Legal services were provided by Devello Group, with Office Innovations retained for the fit-out.
