A former Merrill Lynch team in North Carolina is moving to Sanctuary Wealth’s supported independence platform.
The team at TOVA Wealth includes founder and managing partner Katie Medina, advisors Michael Tunney and Eric Starkey and client associate Amy Kepler. Based in the port city of Wilmington, N.C., the TOVA team manages over $400m in client assets, Sanctuary said.
Medina has been registered with Merrill Lynch since 2008. Meanwhile, Tunney and Starkey joined the wirehouse in 2013 and 2016, respectively, according to the BrokerCheck database maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
