The Debrett’s Group has taken a minority stake in financial planning firm, Mulberry Bow.
Through this partnership the businesses will offer personal and corporate financial services for entrepreneurs, business owners and partner level professionals.
Mulberry Bow was founded in 2015 and provides bespoke structuring advice and independent financial planning.
This deal is the Debrett Group’s first entry into the wealth management space and will complement its existing advisory, investments and coaching services.
As part of the deal Simon Bullock and Andrew Blazye will join the group’s board.
They will sit alongside group chair Darryl Eales, Richard Sanders, Richard Swann and the group’s wider senior leadership team across advisory and investments.
Eales said: “This partnership aligns perfectly with our strategy to provide a fully integrated suite of services for our clients from growing and realising the value of their businesses, to managing and preserving that wealth across generations.”
