Exploring a full-cloud solution

In establishing her own practice, Forward Accounting Director, Tania Garbes, was keen to explore a full-cloud solution.

“Back then, we were using MYOB and I was getting frustrated with the lack of development, and everything was on desktop. I had purchased a block of fees which were using APS. This had its own challenges with WIP and debtors process – I never knew how much money was owing to me. With 5 staff at the time and many returns, I had no visual of jobs and what stage they were at. It just wasn’t a good way to run a business.

“I was suddenly working between two-offices as well, so having a server-based solution didn’t work, and we wanted something on the cloud,” said Tania.
