Azets Wealth Management has bought Cornwall-based Evans Falco for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2010, Evans Falco is a firm of chartered financial planners based in Redruth, with a second office in Newquay, and it is one of a small number of firms in Cornwall to hold chartered status from the CII.
It is led by Treve Evans and Rosie Falco and their client base ranges from HNW individuals requiring complex financial and tax planning, to those seeking guidance on later-life planning and other specialist needs.
The pair will join Azets Wealth Management, with the team relocating into Azets’ regional offices in Plymouth and Truro.
Falco said: “Joining Azets Wealth Management gives us the chance to grow while continuing to deliver the high-quality, personal advice our clients expect.
“We’ve always believed in building relationships that stand the test of time, and being part of Azets allows us to offer clients even more choice and depth of expertise without losing the values that define us.”
In January this year, Azets bought Newcastle-based Laurus Associates Limited.
