The force said it had worked with a local housing association to take action and the order was granted on 5 August at Walsall Magistrates’ Court.
Mr Cross added: “We just hope this order will now improve the quality of life for residents in the community who had been so badly affected by anti-social behaviour which was originating from the property.”
Sarah Clarke, director of housing and customer service at housing association whg, said their community safety team had worked closely with the police.
“This is a positive outcome for the residents of Montgomery Road, bringing an end to the persistent anti-social behaviour that has impacted this community,” she added.
