82 4th Ave. was sold by Abraham Posner and Charles Wurzberger to Ben Josef Group Holdings.
IPRG brokers Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring and Samantha Katz represented the buyer and seller.
