Starr Insurance is set to host a charity golf tournament in collaboration with Folds of Honor on Friday, September 13 at 9 a.m. at the Chambersburg Country Club. Folds of Honor, a non-profit organization, supports the families of fallen or disabled first responders and military service members by providing educational scholarships.
Since its inception in 2007, Folds of Honor has distributed over 52,000 scholarships, amounting to more than $244 million, in honor of fallen heroes. The upcoming event aims to garner community support for this noble cause and establish a tradition of memorable tournaments for future participation. Limited spots are available for golf teams to register and contribute to this charitable endeavor.
