Companies unsure about whether they’ll qualify for the next generation of clean energy tax credits are racing to start projects before the end of the year.
The rush comes amid uncertainty around the so-called tech-neutral credits, which encourage electricity-producing projects with zero greenhouse gas emissions, and the clean fuel production credit, which encourages any type of fuel produced with zero emissions.
