Lync Wealth Management has strengthened its West Midlands presence with the purchase of a second financial advice firm in Kingswinford this year.
Lync, which is owned by an affiliate of the 7IM Group, said the acquisition of TKV Financial Management took its assets under advice in the region to about £200mn.
It follows the purchase of fellow Kingswinford firm Hayden Kilkelly Independent Financial Advisers in June 2026 and two recent acquisitions in Belfast, Carleton Financial Planning and RJ Savage Asset Management.
Lync said TKV, which serves clients across the West Midlands, was known for its personalised approach to financial planning, retirement advice, pensions and investments.
Agustin Fernandez, chief corporate development officer at 7IM and Lync, said he was delighted to welcome TKV Financial Management to the Lync family.
“There is a strong cultural and strategic fit between our businesses, both built on long-term client relationships and personalised advice, and we are committed to supporting the Kingswinford team and their clients for years to come,” he said.
Fernandez added the acquisition was an important step in building Lync’s presence in the West Midlands.

“It reflects our M&A strategy as we look for high-quality firms keen to accelerate their growth, and back them with the resources of Lync and 7IM’s private wealth capabilities, while protecting what makes them unique and valued by local clients,” he said.
TKV’s existing clients will continue to work with the same advisers and support team based at the Kingswinford office. TKV will transition to the Lync branding.
Tim Veiro, independent financial adviser and director at TKV, said: “This is an exciting next chapter for TKV and our clients.
“Finding a partner that shares our values and our client-first approach mattered enormously to us, and Lync gives us exactly that.
“Our clients will continue to work with the same trusted faces, from the same Kingswinford office, backed now by the resources and expertise of a national business.”
