Savvy Wealth Raises Major Series C Funding
Savvy Wealth has raised $100 million in Series C funding. The AI-native registered investment adviser is focused on independent financial advisors. Halo Fund led the oversubscribed round. The investment firm was co-founded by Qualtrics founder Ryan Smith and Accel partner Ryan Sweeney.
Existing investors also participated in the financing. They include Thrive Capital, Industry Ventures from Goldman Sachs and Index Ventures. Canvas Prime, House Fund and Euclidean Capital also returned. Alumni Ventures and Vestigo Ventures joined the round as existing investors.
The latest financing takes Savvy’s total funding above $200 million. The company has now raised substantial capital since its founding in 2021. Savvy is challenging the growing consolidation of independent wealth management.
Private equity-backed aggregators have increasingly acquired independent advisory practices. The company believes advisors should not sacrifice ownership to access institutional technology. Its platform aims to offer both independence and sophisticated operational support.
AI Platform Drives Advisor Growth
Savvy has built its technology around Savvy Intelligence. The platform combines client data across investments, tax and financial planning. AI agents help advisors manage repetitive operational tasks. These tools are designed to create more capacity for client service and business development.
Savvy also provides centralised investment management through Savvy Wealth Investment Management. Its wider platform includes compliance, marketing and client servicing support. The company says advisors using its platform are growing organically around three times faster.
That growth has helped Savvy expand its advisor network significantly. Savvy now supports more than 150 advisors nationwide. Its advisor base has doubled over the past year. The firm also oversees $9 billion in client assets under management.
That figure represents more than four times its level from the previous year. Savvy has recruited more than $4 billion in assets during 2026 alone. The company is also targeting more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue this year.

Savvy plans to invest the new capital across three major areas. The first priority is expanding Savvy Intelligence across more advisor workflows. It will also broaden the services available to independent advisors. This includes deeper investment capabilities and additional technology integrations.
Savvy is also increasing its focus on technical talent. The company wants to strengthen the team building its advisor technology platform. Its investment offering is expected to expand further. The firm has been developing institutional-quality alternative investment strategies for advisors.
Savvy is also deepening integrations with Fidelity and Schwab. These platforms remain among its primary custodial relationships. The company expects these improvements to give advisors broader investment access. They should also reduce administrative work.

Savvy Targets Independent Wealth Management Growth
Halo Fund sees Savvy as a major opportunity within the wealth management sector. The market represents roughly $14 trillion in assets. Ryan Smith believes AI can modernise financial advice without replacing human advisors.
Founder and CEO Ritik Malhotra also sees independence as a core advantage. He argues that advisors should retain control while gaining institutional-level resources. The company will continue partnering with advisors seeking scalable independent practices.
These advisors can maintain their brands, client relationships and equity. Itfinancing strengthens that strategy. It also gives the company more resources to compete in a rapidly changing sector. It now has substantial capital to expand its technology and advisor ecosystem.
