Harris Health Alliance has completed the acquisition of digital child health record the eRedbook from Heathersoft.
The eRedbook is a digital platform for parents, developed by Sitekit in partnership with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, to support the capture and sharing of health and development information from birth to age five.
Following Sitekit’s administration in 2023, Heathersoft was established to maintain and support the product. The acquisition by Harris Health Alliance will provide long-term stability for existing users and a renewed pathway for growth.

The eRedbook was rolled out across London through an NHS England regional programme in 2017, which concluded in December 2023.
It is in use at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the armed forces charity SSAFA to ensuring that important child health data is accessible, up to date, and supports safer, more joined up care.
Harris Health Alliance plans to enhance eRedbook by integrating with its Quicksilva Toolbar to remove the need for clinicians to access a separate portal and manually search for records.
The Quicksilva toolbar allows one click, in-context launch of patient records directly from clinical systems, entry of new information straight into the patient record via a toolbar dialogue, and upport for safeguarding workflows.
These enhancements are aimed at modernising professional access, streamlining workflows and providing a more natural, integrated way for clinicians to support patients.
