Johnston Carmichael Wealth has formally joined and rebranded to Partners Wealth Management following its acquisition last March.
Partners Wealth Management bought Johnston Carmichael Wealth, adding £855mn in assets.
Following the deal, Partners Wealth Management, part of the 7IM group, looked after combined assets totalling around £6bn on behalf of circa 5,500 clients.
The firms said the move marks an important milestone in Partners Wealth Management’s growth strategy to expand its regional presence.
Based across Scotland, has formally joined and rebranded to Partners is a financial planning and independent advice firm whose 14 financial planners advise on around £900mn of assets for approximately 1,300 clients.

Partners Wealth Management now comprises 238 professionals overseeing more than £6bn in assets for around 6,000 clients.
