Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl thinks the team is making great progress and playing with real energy under new coach Vincent Kompany.
“There’s a very positive general atmosphere and great energy in the team. We have a very intensive dialogue. We spoke a lot beforehand, now he’s realizing everything and bringing in his ideas. He senses the pressure to succeed at FC Bayern, but he’s also used to that from his time as a player in Anderlecht and Manchester City,” Eberl said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Kompany has a long way to go, but in Eberl’s eyes, he is the right choice to lead the squad moving forward. What do you think after the friendly vs. FC Düren?
