$325,800 Grant from the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation Approved for Lead Prevention Pilot Program
Last week a resolution approving a $325,800 grant from the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation was made available to Rockland County for its Lead Prevention Pilot Program.
The funds will be used to pay for lead remediation in buildings built prior to 1980 with two or more units and for units that have been inspected by the Rockland County Department of Health through the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) and CLPPP Plus programs.
