André Duminy has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in the technology and IP transactions practice in London, the firm said Tuesday.
Duminy focuses his practice on technology and business separation matters, as well as complex multi-vendor and multi-jurisdictional carve-out transactions, according to Kirkland.
He has experience in a number of sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecom, technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, and consumer goods and retail, the firm said.
He joins from Clifford Chance.
